NetChip Kit v1.0

Escher is the key card here. Early game will be all about digging for Magnum Opus. Midgame looks to Bazaar and Replicator to feed Technical Writer on cheap hardware installs. Late game is all about getting in an Escher to arrange R&D ice to suit, tanking on the Study Guide with Surfer + Paintbrush support if required.

Slow setup, but hoping Kit's ability will help ease this deck into action.

I'm toying around with the bazzar + replicator + consumer-grade combo. I think that it is probably best to use it as a combination deck-thinner + super-daily-casts with Aesop's Pawnshop, and the Technical Writers are there to recoup your setup cost. Basically, spend no more than 1 credit per install (and < 1 click), take your money back from the tech writer, and then pawn something every turn for 3 credits of drip.

Out of Kit, it seems tough: you need to have the credits on hand to pay for all of those installs, and tech writer doesn't net you credits off of consumer-grade stuff (Spy Camera is free, but it would eat up 60% of your influence to put them in).

I'm tinkering around with Kate "Mac" McCaffrey: Digital Tinker with 6 NetChips and 6 Spy Camera. You get a discount on the first NetChip and the first Replicator, but mainly you just need the influence for the cameras. Each camera you install is +1 credit per tech writer and a turn of clickless 3 credit drip, plus it thins your deck out.
