Well anyway, this deck is bloody spicy.

It seems like an ordinary MCA Austerity Policy CI to runner, but bam! When they run and trash MCA, hit them with Load Testing-Load Testing-Hard-Hitting News. Panicked runner cannot do much thing with their 2 left clicks, and next turn, your BOOM! goes straight on their face.

Voter Intimidation is there to mainly remove Beth or some tag-avoid resources, since five click runner requires you to Biotic-Load-Load-Load-HHN. But you can replace it with 3rd HHN or Whampoa Reclamation. Whampoa is good since you don't want to see any agendas in this deck.

And of course, MCA on board can replace 1 Load Testing in combo.

I mean changing 3 EC for 3 food puts you over the agenda point limit by 3 that might be why NRDB is not letting you publish it.

You need to deselect the Core Set in Collection and tick (or pick the cards from) the Revised Core instead - Archived Memories and Biotic Labor, for example.

I've been playing this exact decklist- it's not bad. I like that it can use the MCA or Efficiency Committee clicks to execute the combo. MCA and the 3/2s force the runner to be proactive and run and install stuff which keeps their money low. The 3x Violet and Ultraviolet make it so you can assemble the combo very reliably.

The one weakness is that the ICE suite is flimsy and, so a runner that has ICE destruction can easily compromise your centrals.

3x Scarcity is super good right now, not just to screw with Geist and other resource-heavy builds, but as an extra option to clear Estrike, which is one of the few remaining weaknesses that CI has in a post-rotation post-banlist world.
