Scandal cannon v0.9

This deck was supprisingly good in Finnish Tampere Regionals. Still needs work but the main idea is solid. GS Striker M1 and GS Shrike M2 combined with Corroder and D4v1d form the suite that is efficient and relatively cheap in current Faust-hate meta. Corporate Scandal and Blackmail give its early aggressino as it just starts usually gathering money and breakers. Faust is included to act as third breaker temporarily and to take care of some problematic ice like Excalibur. If there is no need to go early for remote, Blackmail can be used for double medium runs.
