Cache Refresh concept for Apex: Invasive Predator. Charlatan and Prey allows a non-programmatic solution to problematic ice. While it's no savings on influence, it'll often be the cheaper solution, and even often have debilitating effects on corporate economy.

Though Cache Refresh means no access to Levy AR Lab Access, a combination of Déjà Vu and new Virtual Resource The Shadow Net allows you sufficient recursion in the face of Apex's tendency to mill itself dry.

When Dummy Box comes out, this'll need heavy revision, I suspect.

Prey already makes a run so you can't combo it with Charlatan, unless I'm missing something...

@phlip45 You didn't miss anything. I kinda goofed on this deck. Didn't read Charlatan closely enough.
