Yo listen up here's a story
About a big ball that rolls in a blue world
And all day and all night and everything he sees
Is just blue like him inside and outside
Blue his wall with a blue little core
And a blue cover
And everything is blue for him and himself
And everything around
'Cause there ain't nothing he ain't radiating to
This is just my take on vegan Blue Sun. It has all tools to keep the Runner's runs as expensive and unrewarding as possible. Suggestions and feedback appreciated.

It feels weird to see NAPD contract and Hostile Takeover together. NAPD really hates being a 5/2 or 6/2. I guess you've got Elizabeth to help with that, but still.
Maybe trade the Hostiles for Chronos Project? Help with what I imagine is your toughest battle, big rig recursion shapers. Alternatively Superior Cyberwalls? You have a zillion Barriers.
I feel like your deck could protect The Root, and would obviously benefit from its 3 creds recurring if it pulled it off. If you swapped that in for Adonis (they work pretty similarly, Assets that help your economy but must be protected) I think you'd free up some influence without hurting your deck.
Eden Fragment feels like the worst of the fragments to me in Blue Sun. Maybe go Utopia to make the runners cry, or Gov Contracts for economy.
Lastly...is it weird for me to feel that every Weyland deck should have Paywalls? I dunno. It costs 0 to play, and usually makes 5+ creds before it gets trashed. Also it turns off the runner currents. I'd put in some Paywalls not because of any particular thing about the deck, but because paywalls are always great.
