The first version of this deck (found here] was weak to Blackmail and Leela. Eliza's provides yet another "must run" target, and is counter for both.
My other problem was economy, as I was very dependent on Shell Corporation. Fitting in a Gila Hands or two would be very helpful for account siphon recovery (which is a real problem here).
