Shannon Takeover

Lttlefoot 1285

Get Shannon Claire to put Government Takeover on the bottom of your deck. EBC can be used to find Shannon, but after putting Takeover to the bottom, don't use EBC or it will shuffle back in (unless the runner uses Showing Off).

Once it is on the bottom of your deck, there are 6 other agendas remaining, and the runner needs to score 4 of them to win while you only need 3 (unless you score three Atlases).

You can try to make the runner make useless runs by installing assets / advancing GRNDL, or just wall them out of your server with Ash while you score. You can change the economy and ice suite as you see fit... this has trouble getting going without an early Oversight combo.

You might want some Fast Tracks so you can control your scoring windows. Your midgame is iron-clad, but once the runner gets a rig set up you might be hurting, even with this agenda density. You pretty much rely on over-scoring a Project Atlas, which is risky.

But if you search your deck the takeover is no longer on the bottom. (I guess you can use a second Shannon to put it back there).

If you don't even want to shuffle R&D you are probably better off not using Project Atlas at all. You'll be able to see and use Shannon Claire before you are able to over-score an Atlas probably 9 games out of 10, unless you play with super passive runners. That said, you are running 3 Shannons, you can probably pull off the GT bottom shuffle a couple times a match and be fine.

Atlas is in there because it's the easiest 2 pointer to score, you can score it without letting the runner know there's an agenda in the server. But I see your point about having trouble finding my own agendas. Would Public Sympathy help?

Public Support probably isn't worthwhile with your current agenda spread. Unless you manage to score Government Takeover or all three Project Atlas, there's no combination of agendas that will net you a win with a single PS scored that wouldn't also net you a win if you just scored another agenda. In this deck PS would be a runner tax, not really a win condition. You could just take two 5/3s instead of the Atlases if you don't care about the tutor, or good ol' NAPD Contract. It's harder for the runner to steal than it is for you to score, and even if they do steal it it's normally a nice tempo swing for you.

The global foods are only worth 2 points to the runner, so by running other 2 pointers it forces the runner to steal 4 agendas. But they're worth 3 to me, so I could score 2 food and a public support or 1 atlas 1 food 2 supports.
