[STARTUP] Androgynous Hottie No Longer Seeks Femme Fatale

(Publishing for ABR. This deck's fine, and can definitely be improved on.)

This is the... uh... sequel? to my previous Mercury Startup deck, Androgynous Hottie Seeks Femme Fatale, in which I found that the Spark of Inspiration combo is cute but takes up too much influence that was desperately needed for economy and win conditions. (It's a bit weird to have a sequel that doesn't have the same main idea as the original deck, but don't @ me.)

We're therefore instead using The Twinning and Prepaid VoicePAD to build up multiaccess via playing events, and then S-Dobrado lets us pop into R&D for four accesses (the normal one access, two bonus accesses from The Twinning and one from Mercury). This is a reasonable plan, especially in Startup where people don't seem to be building big glaciers so getting those early accesses should be easy, right? Right???

At the UK Nats 2023 Startup side event, this worked in three of the four games, but in the other game I got styled on by Pravdivost putting two ice on a remote and scoring.
