I'm not sure that this shouldn't be run in Cerebral Imaging: Infinite Frontiers. Either way, you're going to require two Jackson Howards to combo off, firing 3 Neural EMP each time for 6 damage total. Whether your opponent ends their turn with 4 or 5 cards in hand is irrelevant, unless they're running Drug Dealer. |
