It's Ytang's Christmas Surprise with a few tweaks.
Isaac Liberdade does compete with your ID, but you've got just enough non-advanceable ice to be worth it for the silly high strength.
I didn't get this off in a game, but the triple Hearts and Minds onto Clearinghouse for a kill from zero advancements is real if they don't contest unprotected remotes.
