Steal it. I dare you. (Post rotation)

It's a first draft, but the idea behind this deck is pretty simple.

You punish the runner for doing the thing that wins them the game. It's almost like a glacier deck that taxes cards instead of credits.

If you have a House of Knives scored, a Kakugo on a server and an Obokata Protocol behind it, the runner must endure six points of net damage to steal it, and Personal Evolution will shoot them for a seventh if they don't win off the steal.

Jinteki 'aint gonna just take that lying down either. They'll call in some favours from Weyland and make sure that if the runner somehow got out of that without their brain fried, they're not gonna get out of it without a few bulletholes.

Ideally you rush out an early House of Knives behind a Vanilla and get a couple of Obokata Protocols as described above late game.

Film critic is obviously a problem, however ideally they'll be too scared to give us any bad reviews. Losing this psy game isn't fun however so other options should perhaps be considered.

Biotic Labor is honestly here because I could't figure out a use for 4 influence and the 49th card slot, and I think being able to turn Philotic Entanglement into the 4th copy of punitive counterstrike is a cute idea.

As of right now I'm just throwing ideas at the wall for post rotation and seeing what sticks. As a long time magic player this is one of my favourite times for the game. If you're a moderately good deck builder you can pull of some really enjoyable shenanigans after a big cardpool shake up, since the best of the best hasn't had the time to rise to the top yet.

In my experience, the rich runners of current meta shouldn't have a problem beating that trace, unless you maybe have 2 Punitive Counterstrike on hand (btw: you selected True Colors Punitive, not Post Rotation ;-) ) Also, this deck is very voulnerablre to Film Critic so might want to up to 3 Voter Intimidation
