I assumed going into this tournament, that Mulch would be the dominant archetype. (Considering the sharks, and also since it received few bans) Mulch does not enjoy getting Snared! and so I cut some Rashidas and Saisentans for Rego and Mindscaping from Baas SnaRH and tried acting happy, only to be controlled by control shap-eh-uh-no-this-is-Hoshiko.

Saisentan helped land a killing blow very early,so - while i still don't think it's great - it has redeemed itself. Snare got some people as well. Nearly helping me to lock out Dragons1Rule in an earlier game.

Thanks for everyone who helped organise this. Thanks for the streamers.

And thanks for all players playing today. I played some extremely tight matches today.

Poor saisentan, it singlehandedly stops runners from running any facedown ice without a killer, and also does gods work against the enemy K2CP Turbine, and all it gets in thanks is a -1 on the deck screen. \j

On a more serious note, I like the list, I wonder if it's better to trim hedge instead of rashida, but I'm a regolith fanboy, so +1 just for that

@AugustusCaesar im assuming you mean hedge for saisentan? You might be right. But I like having access to burst econ and being on only hansei review is a bit sad. Assuming we keep the ydl for bacpro triggers.

We're on 2x saisentan and 3x that should be enough to dissuade early facechecks.

The hedge comment was unrelated to saisentan, I think the number of ice is fine, and even if I personally would be on 2 anansi, 3 Sais, it makes very little difference in the grand scheme of things.

Some amount of rashidas would probably feel pretty good for finding your agenda combos.

You definitely want as many ydls as possible, but I like 1x pivot, 2x ydl for the versatility in getting agendas, but it's a small optimization.

@AugustusCaesar ah lol, sorry I entirely forgot to tag this deck as being Sunset format.

But interestingly, not having Rashida means, we are not as rushed to setup an early remote and can secure our centrals appropriately before rushing out. So in a way, Rashida isn't as important as we might think.

ooh, that explains everything lol. This does seem like one of the more busted things to be doing in sunset, nice
