Stealth Fisk

The goal here is to take a fairly standard stealth Andromeda deck and put it into a Fisk deck. I'm sure this isn't optimized, but the goal here is to see if a slightly longer setup can work to let him fire his ability turn after turn in the mid-game.

Notes: This is made with access to only one core set, hence the not using 3x Desperado and 3x Account Siphon.
