[Startup] Valkyriez Lat (Featured by Ätsch)

This was the Runner deck I took to the January 2022 Startup tournament. It's an update of Valkyriez's Lat deck, featured on Ätsch's YT series on Ashes' cycle Runners. I went 0-3 against Personal Evolution, Mirrormorph FA, and Built to Last kill.

Even though I struggled, I had a lot of fun on the day and it was great to play a lot of Netrunner. Thanks again Ysengrin for booting back up these tournaments! Hopefully my Runner game will be a bit better next month.
