While I can see this deck burning a hole in your pocket with Overmind as your main way through ICE, Cache seems a little inefficient. For the 9 when-you-need-it you'll get over the course of it's life (which isn't insubstantial) and the 6 rebate you'll get back from Aesop, you're eating up your precious . I suppose you could overcharge it with Incubator, but I imagine you have more in mind for that.
For equivalent splash, Akamatsu Mem Chip gives even more bang for your , or if you've got enough already, Data Folding would make for steady drip feed for a deck that's relying on having a lot of free.
Seems solid enough so long as you can find a steady supply of Overmind and Déjà Vu. Just hope you're not up against Swordsman.
@KaynSD - yeah, this is a deeply flawed deck in all sorts of ways. But I think the core idea of loading Noise up with MU for overmind while leveraging the due utility of his mill ability is sound. It is just a matter of figuring it out.
