There has been a lot of talk about advanceable ice having a counter-synergy with Blue Sun. I don't think so! Specifically, I believe "Space Ice" feels right at home at Blue Sun if you play it well.
Basically, moving a counter between a rezzed space ice and an unrezzed space ice nets you 6 credits. 3 because the receiving ice will be 3 cheaper to rez, and 3 because the rezzed ice will bounce for 3 more.
So the deck works by keeping advancement counters between rezzed and unrezzed space ice in constant flux (thus the lack of Commercialization, as it isn't reliable). For this, it uses 3x Constellation Protocol and 3x Trick of Light (ToL amounts for a 12 credit swing!).
You win by scoring two three-pointers and a HT or Government Takeover and a HT. Despite its unwieldy size, there are a couple ways to get Government Takeover scored:
If you have a Punitive in hand, the runner is at 0 points and you are confident you can kill, straight up drop it in the middle of the field and start advancing. You have the game, unless they can come up with a solution and do so fast.
Mushin (or just install) and drop an Off the Grid, of course when you have some decent HQ protection.
Your game should flow this way: 1) Heavily protect R&D. Your agenda density is very low so it's unlikely you will need to protect HQ much, specially with 3 Jackson Howard. 2) When you are ready to score and/or draw a Government Takeover, start focusing protection on HQ and do either of the previous "tricks" to score it.
The deck also runs a singleton Project Junebug as a threat. It can be used interchangeably with Govt Takeover for mindgames, and even if the runner doesn't buy it, there is still use for the counters with ToL. There's also GRNDL refinery for an economy take on the same idea.
Crisium Grid gives resilience to the Off the Grid play and protects against Account Siphon.
Lastly, Oversight AI is still there to provide economy boosts, and it plays nicely with the space suite. Just be aware that Orion is much easier to break than a Curtain Wall, but a nice way to prevent this is by using OAI on Orion and playing another piece of ice in front of it.

Yeah this version is terrible compared with the one in 4chan. This is how it looks now: Solar System Gliesse 876Blue Sun: Powering the Future (Up and Over) Agenda (7)

A Weyland deck without Project Atlas is a sad deck :( You can even use Trick of Light to fast-ad them! Besides, you have some singletons and kill cards. Both go well with a tutor.
Another thing, have you thought about Reversed Accounts instead of Project Junebug? It works very well with Punitive Counterstrike!
