Guilt Ridden

Oh god do I feel bad for playing this deck, so very bad

Wet Toasty's deck (https://netrunnerdb.com/en/decklist/43308/eurotoast-argus-top-32-top-weyland-) was mean when there were loads of tag prevention around but now!

I made some changes for rotation, losing scorched earth was a bit of a blow as landing two tags is a bit harder.I am often able to rush out behind an archer and I really enjoy Pop-up Window, they are paying you to run and good as your often a little low on cash, so in they went.
