FArgus with "Kill" 3-1 2nd place @ Malmö CO

Based on this deck by @b4ralai. The only change I did was -1 preemptive, +1 HPT. Basically to punish runners going tag me and multi accesses. But also for the threat, making runners more carful and scared of a potential HHN. I didn't get to use it, but the threat when it was seen in HQ did have an impact.
