A while back, I built a deck that used Donut Taganes to tax the Corp heavily, while I attempted to play stuff for cheap.
It didn't work out as well as I'd hoped, so I scrapped it. Back then, Anarchs weren't nearly as strong as they are now. If I had known how good Order and Chaos was going to be, I might have kept it.
The previous deck lacked two important things: draw power, and just the right programs to break on through to the other side of a Corp's ICE. We now have those two in earnest. Vigil is an amazing console to use with this build, and it helps me cycle through the deck a little faster now. Eater is just the right program to make this work, as previously I'd need to use Knight, which wasted lots of clicks.
The other star of this deck is The Supplier. The Supplier has saved me countless credits in this new build and helps offset the extra credit you spend on the cutlery events. I haven't had any problems with money yet with this new build.

I debated on using PrePaid at first to offset the cost of the cutlery events, but it just seemed more economical to use The Supplier, especially since this is resource heavy econ, and it makes Vigil free to play. |
The supplier is sick, at first I thought it was just a Personal Workshop for criminal, but it actually reduces the cost by 2! That's crazy! Blows Inside Man away!
