This is the product of looking at Jinja City Grid for a long time, then over to Anonymous Tip, and then back to Jinja City Grid.

Special Report has saved my bacon more times than I care to count, and does some good stuff with Jinja as well. It's real tempting to cut something for a second copy, but I'm not sure what.

Tithonium is very much a flex slot, but I feel like it should still be an ice of some description. People just don't seem to expect the spiky barrier! Sometimes IP Block doesn't prompt a fracter install, and that should be punished. Just don't use Jinja to install it.
