Scoring Self-Destruct Chips with Smartfabrics is pretty straightforward. You Fast Track for a second Chips, install Smartfabrics, install a Chips. On the runner's turn when you rez Smartfabrics it gets a counter, which prevents the runner stealing Chips. Now you can score it on your own turn with no Clot issues. There is also a Biotic Labor if you prefer to score the old fashioned way.

Reducing the runner's hand size means you can now try to score 3 point agendas which the runner can't steal unless they want to get blown up by Punitive Counterstrike (with possible assistance from Neural EMP).

Normal runner hand size is 5 minus 1 for your ID, minus 1 for the first Chip is 3. So it's still big enough to survive a Punitive.
So you need to combo Fast Track plus Chips plus Lakshmi plus Punitive plus EMP to defend your 3-pointers. That's a bit much.
Plus, both the meat damage from Punitive and the net from EMP can be prevented, hand size can be increased, your ID can be shut down with EStrike and Film Critic is a thing.
I would at least add an Enforced Curfew to deal with Strike and something else to deal with Critic.
