Black Hat Madman 74

I haven't played Netrunner in a while because of a real-world lockdown (apologies for the joke), so I figured I'd build two System Core decks and teach those stuck with me how to play. Considering they probably aren't all that familiar with the cyberpunk genre and this game can be pretty complicated, I decided to go with BABW, as it would probably be the easiest to teach the basics with. As this is System Core 2019 only, I don't expect this to be used as a serious deck, but if you need a teaching tool, feel free to copy it.
