Another in a series to try to build workable [Startup] decks around every Startup-legal ID. Originally I built this without Punitives or in fact any damage at all, with the thought that Earth Station wants to score out a win over a long, vertical, glacier game, making runs difficult and rare, rather than baiting runs into a kill. As such, this deck is built to make runs as pricey as possible, make face-checks likely to trash the runner's set-up, and generally frustrate the runner as much as I can. In the end, I realized a toothless Weyland is a kind of stupid proposition and added the Punitives back in as an insurance policy.
I'm least certain about my ICE package. There's probably a version of this deck that uses the Cyberdex Sandbox and Sandstones, but I like my Agenda suite for now. As always, any suggestions are very welcome!

Spending influence on Lotus Field is very surprising to me since you can rez Hortum for a credit less and having a second subroutine. |

I agree that your Ice is probably the main thing you want to look at.
As you are running 3 Wall to Wall you want to make sure you are getting value from it as Much as possible (currently just 5 ice benefiting from it) - I would look at swapping 2x wraparound and either 1 Eli or an Ice wall for 3x Akhet.
Colossus is the other ice worth considering, maybe over Roto and 1x Winchester. Its a bit positional (but so is Winchester)
