First draft based on my Iain deck that was already heavilly based on the Retired Motivational Speaker series of decks (http://netrunnerdb.com/en/decklist/6251/retired-motivational-speaker-v2 and http://netrunnerdb.com/en/decklist/8610/retired-motivational-speaker-v4). Idea is pretty obvious, Eater is a fantastic little icebreaker when you don't actually plan on accessing anything, stacked with Keyhole and Stirling's fantastic economy once a bit of setup is done can make it be a death god. Add in triples of Account Syphon and Emergency shutdown to be a very very annoying old bastard, compounded on Same old Thing letting you spam whatever you need at a given moment.
Stack in a bunch of crypsis for some remote access or when you need to fetch your goodies from archives (might drop 1 for a femme) and you should have a decent amount of windows open to you. The initial draft used the central breakers, but I already learned that they aren't really that hot or efficient because of their restrictions and once the Keyhole is out, Eater is just plain better than all of them outside of wraparound.
The other big question is "why not anarch" to wich I asnwer that criminals have the events and the tutors to make this sing. Once Logos is out it should be easy enough to get Keyhole into your hand and special order and express delivery should help you get Eater to start being an annoying fart. Thanks to pressuring all 3 centrals in different stages of the game, enemy ice will end up thinned a bit and if you keep crypsis in hand he might get cocky and try to go for a quick remote.
As with any Oracle May/Motivation based deck, you will want to try and get them as fast as possible on the table, after that you can just work up from there.
Still need to put it on the table, but I have played a few times with the other iterations, so should have similar results, probably better against Fast Advance if you manage to get Eater early and start keeping them poor with Siphon. Fast Advance is still an uphill battle no matter how you slice it though.
Big cards missing are The Source and a part of me would greatly appreciate another card drawing card in there, but can't really drop any motivation if I want to go with Oracle so influence is tight.

The only flaw I can see it´s that you only have one copy of Keyhole and your only tutor Special Order only works with icebreakers, so it´s gonna be difficult to have it installed soon in the game.
Looks pretty funny though
