Pre-rotation decklist |
Just played in the first Hadrian's Wall tournament hosted in Edinburgh. Went in to it hoping to play better than my previous bottom ranking finishes in tournament.
And I did. A respectable 20th out of the 54 people there, and good old Andromeda carried me there scoring 5-1 out of 6 rounds of swiss. My Crop fast-advance Haarp let me down (I was hoping to play butchershop but oh well, one of my scorches is currently being loaned to a friend who was also competing) scoring only a measly 2-4.
The decklist:
Fairly standard Andy, with the addition of NACH to synergise with Film Critic.
I am new to Andy (I made this deck the day before the tournament), having previously only played Gabriel and Silhouette, and I have got to say that Andromeda feels so much more powerful. The fact she can draw a 5th of her deck into her starting hand! I had a couple games where my turn one would consist of Sure Gamble x2, Install Desperado/Faerie/Datasucker, Run/Dirty Laundry.
I love this deck, and I'd recommend anyone looking to try something new to give it a shot!

That was a fun day! Thanks for the compliments :) -Pete |
The success of the Andy players on the day seems to suggest Criminals aren't quite as dead as everyone keeps saying...
Thank you for coming down, and so glad you had a good day and finish! :)
