In the post rotation world, Komainu looks like a better candidate than this card.

BUT if you play this card with Fumiko Yamamori and Psychic Field, its a different story all together! Fumiko Yamamori would trigger after this card or Psychic Field have resolved hence a potential flatline combination if runner does not have meat damage prevention.
