Out of the Ashes combines with Notoriety as well as Comet, which of course enables Chela to place his faith in you. And how about getting the most expensive breakers out in one click for just 3 creds? I'm definitely sure Chela would approve about this. Then good old Mopus is there the get the money you need.

I think you need some draw. The deck is going to set up extremely slow otherwise. Quality Time is probably the right option here.

Alternatively you could run Patron and trade Rachel Beckman for Datasucker to capitalize on runs a bit more.
