Punitive Counterstrike and Clearinghouse take more risks under time limit rules, they may work better in other tournaments. If you are expecting more Mayfly, Botulus, or Lobisomem in meta, +1 Hammer and -1 Hortum would be good. This is a deck for everyone, even the beginner might have a not bad winrate with it.
