Cobalt 727

(So named due to the cutting of Federal Fundraising).

In response to my friend Max's Audrey v2 deck (as well as a weakness to Loup in general), I reviewed It's Basically Sensie through the lens of Bland PD and came up with this, which is much glacier-ier and less reliant on installing naked assets.

The deck is very strong on money and gradually building a colossal grid of ice, but this does leave it a little vulnerable early, which can mean Mercury: Chrome Libertador can bully you to an early 5 points. As there are no defensive agendas in Startup currently, this is a very perilous position!

M.I.C. and Bran 1.0 are the meat of your glacier ice, with the rest filling gearcheck / taxing / utility roles. It's important to remember that as scary an early/mid-game face check as Hammer is, a Runner on the game winning play will sail right through it no problem - don't rely on it too much!

My last tip is not to be afraid to let a Nico Campaign tick down in your scoring server - the huge return in value is more than worth the time investment.

I didn't lose a game with it at Nationals; unfortunately, I didn't do as well on runner-side so ended up finishing 6th. I then went 1-1 with it at Strike Fund (only playing 4 of 6 games due to a timing clash) due to dropping a game to the aforementioned Mercury bullying.

Ultimately, this vs. the Federal Fundraising version is a tossup depending on how much Loup you expect to see - or if you would rather eliminate the question entirely, consider just killing the Runner.
