I've had a pretty easy time playing this as both a Scorch-style deck with a few avenues for tag application, or scoring out.
Scorch, you can apply tags one of four ways:
Notably, it can be worth goading the runner into Tag-Me, so you can land a Midseason Replacements->Project Beale->Psychographics instant win combo, if you have the economy: (briefly, 5 for midseasons, plus you want to eventually put 13 advancement tokens on Beale, so your trace needs be +7 + runner's + - (2 * Your Agenda Points) - # of tags the runner already had.
Lastly, with SanSan and Astro, you can do a mid-game rush to score out if your flatline combo isn't materializing.
