Turn back, all ye who expect quality deck construction. I have a surprisingly long history with the game, but this is the first deck I put many iterations into improving. It still has problems but it is a lot of fun to play. (At least, in a group where Salvo Testing damage does come up, I hear the general community doesn't consider it a good card.) Still, it is time to branch out a bit more so I'm setting this aside for now at least.
Anyways, Rush Paint Job is built around trojans and making runs to install them with Arissana Rocha Nahu: Street Artist's ability. And it goes all in on trojans, it has the trojan icebreaker and the trojan-dependent icebreaker; the console doesn't mention them but it has good synergy even before Urban Art Vernissage comes out. Then I just built a shell of a deck around that, grabbing a fracter and bunch of other things you expect to find in a runner deck. Most of the inclusions are pretty straightforward. I would like to call out how well Environmental Testing works in this deck and the Deep Dive synergy with Pichação.
That just gets to one thing you might be expecting to find in this deck but of which you will find very little: draw. Yeah, there is no draw in this deck outside of LilyPAD and Umbrella. Now, once both are installed that is usually more than enough draw, sometimes overflowing my hand even, so it's fine on that end. Early game it is a bit of a problem. Into the Depths and World Tree do a good enough job of getting things together in my play group, but it is probably the biggest thing about this deck that needs to be improved.
Still, sometimes you do something like use Arissana to install Mayfly mid run and then trade Mayfly with World Tree and install some other program you need, and that is just so much fun.
