Netrunnargh Kit - W1

bowlsley 660

Week 1 for the Netrunnargh tournament. Been bouncing this design around since Uprising released - the basic design is get a Euler and run, then keep reinstalling it with Test Run/Rejig/Simulchip. Maybe a Pelangi or two for any extra layers of ICE.

As the game goes on I try to get Talut and Dino installed so that every bounce of Euler has it starting at 6 Strength, at which point you're basically running for free. The Rejigs/Simulchips can also be used to bounce Pelangis when they need a refresh.

Obviously I'm 5 cards over minimum but I'm not too sure what to cut - maybe SMC? But pulling in Femme mid-run has helped me more than once.

I'd recommend compile over test run (same role, but cheaper). I don't personally think that you'll save enough on dino to compensate for its massive price. Flame out does the same thing, but maintains more tempo. Aesops doesn't seem to be worth the slot, to me. HART seems useful, but a little slow.

Anyway, a lot of options, these are just thoughts to help with brainstorming.

Thanks for tips! A lot of people have said that Hostage is a bad crutch but I'm still pretty new at this and I like being able to use it to find my three connections as I need them. I've definitely considered it for the chop though, it would free up a lot of inf.

I should have specified that this is a limited format, only System Core 2019 and the two Ashes packs, so unfortunately most of your suggestions would be illegal, sorry! :P

Though I will say that I think I prefer Test Run to Compile here though - I use it mainly to get a quick install of Euler and then load it onto Paule's next turn. I can't do that with Compile.
