Published for ABR, inspired by Legislation Goosecoats, updated to reflect the loss of MfM.

I am sure the slots are fairly obvious, they have a lot of flexibility and possible changes could be the original equivocation and more emergency shut downs.

Dropping one game in nine rounds of swiss, this deck took me to my best ever placing at at Netrunner tournament, it's a blast to play and I can't recommend it enough (so long as you can dodge HPT).
