NetrunnerDB won't let me publish the true deck with Nasir, though I guess costume contest tournaments are a weird edge case.

Winner of best runner "costume" at the Austin City Grid Hack'o'Lantern tournament. Nasir had 2 wins on the day and one timed tie, and carried me to 3rd overall.

Tournament concept was that you build a (non-boat) startup deck then pick an out of faction ID to masquerade as. Nasir always felt like a blue runner anyway, so I figured why not.

Yeah, the shell is that of a pretty standard Az Masterwork-Qloop deck with coffee but Nasir's ability is amazing at turning what would otherwise be a fairly un-interactive rig builder deck into a hilarious game of face-checking ice at zero credits. It is honestly stupid how well it works, and needs to be played to be believed. Really makes you feel like the turkish ice cream man:

Highlight of the day was winning against a no-ice Haas-Bioroid Harpsichord Studios deck (One Pointers, imported Mitosis and Cerebral), thanks to a card you would only ever play out of Nasir.

If I somehow ever get the chance do this again I would probably swap the (honestly quite great) Wildcat Strike back for the Fencer I cut last minute in testing because Bellona sucks. I'd also find a way to sneak in a cheeky Emergency Shutdown or two.
