This is the same as the QtM EMEA AgInfusion, but I swapped the Sadaka (which I never rezzed) for a Hafrún (which I also never rezzed!). The Ag is still really good, even though I dropped 2 games - including the final round, where I'd declined an offer to ID that in hindsight would have guaranteed I'd made the cut!

But I've talked enough about the Ag elsewhere, so I'll leave this writeup a little light.

Impressive deck.

Some questions :

  1. Was Adrian Seis a consideration, instead of Cold Site Server?
  2. Or, considering that you need to advance Cold Site Server, why not use Bio Vault to have something against Pinhole Threading.
  3. Why not 3x Send a Message and 1x Fujii Asset Retrieval, since you do not intend to score them and Fujii Asset Retrieval is unlikely to ever kill a runner.
  4. I usually saw Mlinzi instead of Anemone, in similar decks. Is there a reason for Anemone?

Adrian Seis only works once, and CSS really works nicely with Bran because one click is enough that the runner can't click thru Bran, and with CSS the cost is paid up front so you have to pay it before any possible Ag boop.

Bio Vault is a reasonable option if you expect pinhole, but it's expensive and slow. The deck runs pretty light on econ compared to a scoring version.

Fujii has the second highest kill count in the deck, only after Anemone, both enabled by Keeling. We'd cut the Bacterials for the Send a Messages if we wanted them. But we found we often enough didn't want to rez ice on the board to preserve the ability to boop the runner that Bacterial's draw or Fujii's ability to force jack-outs or death were more valuable. Fujii forces the runner to be a lot more careful about accesses and once Keeling is up we're taxing draws heavily, so every point of net damage can really translate into tempo.

Anemone is one of my favorite cards in the deck tbh. It's a piece of ice I keep unrezzed the whole game, pretty much, until it's lethal, unless I need to protect a Fujii in hand. It's another card that forces the runner to respect the hand size reduction from Keeling while she's advancing in the remote, requiring more cautious play to not flatline on a bad run. Against a runner who understands the threat, it won't kill them, but them playing around the unavoidable 2 net is really impactful and significantly cheaper than Mlinzi. The deck runs poor, trying to rez as little ice as cheap as possible, and being able to click for three to threaten Anemone from zero is surprisingly effective as Keeling reaches 5 or 6 counters. And for the price, Mlinzi isn't better enough than any of the other big ice to take their slots either.
