Crow Fighter (16th UK Nats)

All credit for this list goes to the new national champion Extrac. I'd been theoretically testing this deck with him? More accurately, he and Pádraig made the sensible changes and I just aped the list. If/when either have a writeup online, you should go read that. I didn't make this deck and I don't play it as well as he does.

I would describe this as the basic shell of Chris' World's List, Pigeon Fighter but with all the cute shit removed. We're not on Drago Ivanov because we can't kill off it, we're not on Send a Message because we're actually trying to score agendas, we're not on Hydra because without SAM it actually costs 10 credits, and we're not on Magnet because Border Control is busted.

I do miss the Public Trails though. Hard-Hitting News is great and certainly in a field where you're mostly facing anarchs and crims you want news, but every time I face shaper I miss the Trails. If your local scene is inundated with shapers that's a change you could look to make.

Most changes were agreed upon by both, but the Market Forces are exclusively Pádraig's thing. I'm playing them because I can't beat CS Zahya for my life. 90% sure Chris wasn't playing them and to be totally honest they're definitely not necessary.

This deck went 6-2, I believe? A loss to CableCarnage on Wu in swiss (I told you shaper was a problem) and to JackMade on 419 in cut. This deck felt incredible and the above-mentioned people who actually made it deserve all the credit for it. I was lucky enough to get this in both my 241s in rounds 6 and 7 to make top cut - if I'd got runner in either, it's very likely I lose the game and don't make it to 30 points.
