Diversified Portfolio tournament

Played this deck during Online tournament in Diversified Portfolio where players were incentivised to use less played identities. It was a great idea, thx for the Czech guys for organising!

I went 3 wins, 1 loss with this deck. I blame the loss on Government Takeover getting stuck in my hand mulliganed hand :D I feel this is a very strong deck using an underplayed identity.

Deck inspiration

The idea came to me when I saw Borgia playing the ID during our last GNK. He was keeping a fully advanced City Works Project on the table for turns and used SSO's ability because the agenda was protecting itself. I also took inspiration from Juanaco's Anarcho-capitalist utopia, although I did not want to include Transparency Initiative because I thought it is a bit too much :)

Strategy

I'm pretty happy with the ICE suite. Hortum was a bit underused as I faced no AI breakers. Oduduwa was the real star, it added 10+ advancements to Ice Wall, Masvingo and Colossus. These are your bread-and-butter advanceable ICEs, always have 3 of each in the deck.

Thanks to Government Takeover, we are running a very low agenda count. The plan is to put it to the bottom of the R&D with Shannon Claire and don't ever dig it up before you have massive servers. Then use Red Planet Couriers to score Government Takeover.

I'm trying to avoid shuffling, but one Digital Rights Management made it to the list. It's main purpose is to have a City Works Project early on, advance it, let it sit in the remote and load up the ICE for a few turns.

What I would change

Regarding ICE, maybe -1 Hortum, +1 Oduduwa is the right way to go. One Oduduwa per game is usually enough, but it's a really nice thing to have.

You can cut Biotic Labor. Use some HB clearances or some NBN tricks instead.
