Krams 949

This deck is derived from two different decks, merged into one:

I tried to take the best parts from both decks into one. And then added Caldera, just because.

Card Choices

  • Why Caldera? Because self-milling with Gachapon and Street Peddler turned out to really make the deck somewhat vulnerable against grinding and net-damage kill decks. But against a lot of those decks you don't really need that many s, especially late game, so you can afford the crazy 3:1 prevent prize in exchange for a semi-tutorable permanent answer to damage.
  • While The Archivist is eating up a lot of inf, it's still one of my favorite cards in Sunny. All the reasons I originally liked him still apply, but the added benefit of spending bad pub s on Street Peddler and Gachapon is just crazy value.
  • Armitage Codebusting is still better than its reputation. I stand by it.
  • Q-Coherence Chip recently went down from 3 to 2 to free up the deck slot and go from 2 to 3 Security Nexus. While the chips are important, I almost never find myself needing all of them and really build up the full rig. Getting Nexus early is just way more important.
  • While Diogene himself got rid of the Trope from his original list in his follow up lists, I think it's a brilliant piece that can save so many games. Sometime it just brings back that one card you need. And sometimes it brings back 10+ cards to either defeat the grind or get economy for ages in a late game glacier matchup.

@Krams Very nice! Of note, from my previous experiment, I completely agree with your opinion of Armitage Codebusting.

If you want to free up the MU even further, you can go for Harmony AR Therapy. It is 5 cards coming to your stack at instant speed. Since Trope was used because my "Draw First" iteration was milling the deck at really high speed ;-)

Of note, I think The Archivist is the hidden gem of the list. It is truly amazing against all the corp who use GFI (there are a lot of them). I also really like the include of Caldera in a deck that have an amazing drip. Well done!
