Pigeon Fighter v1.12

Pigeon Fighter 1 with the suggested change of NGO Front for Daily Quest. Then my own change of Echo Chamber for one Self-Growth Program, in case you can't land a tag through No Free Lunch.

Went 5-2 at Nats. Lost round 1 to Tao, via two Stargate runs and one Mad Dash in about five minutes. Lost round 2 in a ridiculous game to Zahya (they were avoiding tags. I was avoiding ice). Then won five in a row against Az, 3x Smoke and Hoshiko. It's a good deck, yo.
