Game plan : Fast advance agendas to score out.

Mulligan plan : You want 2 or less agendas in hand.

This deck uses no influence and no neutral cards. And even then, it works! It is even cheeky and try to combo Anvil and Chief Slee. A lot of runner let Mausolus fire and Anvil can impose firing its two subs, letting you have those 5 tokens on Chief Slee. While unlikely that you'll kill the runner, taking 5 cards from the runners hand for value is great!

There is a lot of ways to get bad publicities in the deck. You should have no problem getting 4 bad pubs to allow you to fast advance 7 points. The Roughneck Repair Squad are there to control the numbers of bad pubs you can get (in theory, you could get to 12).

With Border Control and ZATO City Grid, you should be able to protect one remote fairly easily. With Drudge Work to control the agendas in hand.

Because this deck has a lot of credits, it feel easier to pilot than the jinteki version with only red cards.

Of note, this deck was tested with Superdeep Borehole and it does not do well with it. With out of faction support, it could work, but here, it is difficult to protect the remote when you have 8+ bad pubs.
