If you don't like watching your opponent get mad, probably steer clear.
This is about the least-fun-to-play-against deck I've ever seen. It takes the cake beyond normal Valencia/Blackmail, Anarch Eater/Keyhole, Cutlery, etc. No, this deck is just about waiting until you have the winning hand, and milling your opponent to death. Yep, you heard it right, this is how you play Fear the Masses.
The goal of this deck is about as straightforward as can possibly be: DO NOT RUN! The only exceptions to this rule are as follows: 1)The Corp has installed what you know/suspect is an agenda. Save all Blackmails for this circumstance. 2)You can get a free Hades Shard install or a cheap Political Operative install (ideally these runs should need minimal if any use of eater) 3)You have at least 5 Fear the Masses in hand, 1 Bhagat installed, and at least 2 Same Old Things installed.
Once you have made your first Fear the Masses run, DO NOT LET UP. This is when it's time to hammer home your victory. As this deck has no real grounds to stand on in a competitive meta, you should consider it a personal challenge to never have to use your Shard. This deck is about fear. No wimpy agenda-scoring cop-outs! The only agendas you should be stealing are the ones you know you can easily and efficiently get to deny them to the corp.
Now, as most corps will have a pretty easy time doing things if they see what you're up to, there are several includes to ensure things go smoothly. The Source is there to keep the corp moving slowly while you draw constantly. Clot serves a similar purpose, although it can be just convenient Inject fodder in non-fast advance matchups. Speaking of, note that you should use all draw cards as aggressively as possible EXCEPT for Inject. Inject can only fully be abused once you have your Eater safely installed.
For the most part, this deck is pretty straightforward: you play your game, prevent the corp from taking advantage of it, and (once your assembled your army), show the corp why there's power in numbers.
Hope you all have some fun with this deck. In the very least, it's worth it for a few laughs when you see your opponents face the first time they've been efficiently milled to death!!!
