wanted to build a deck that had mostly 3/1 agendas and some traps to score out. had to reduce these and add a few future perfects to reduce number of agenda's. want to get a edge of world out behind some ice and maybe have a surprise port anson grid on there.
what do you think?

Absolute first things first: get some money in there. Hedge Fund, PAD Campaign, whatever, but you need money or the whole thing falls apart.
Punitive Counterstrike is a poor shout with mostly 1 and 2pt agendas; you're unlikely to do enough damage to even mildly inconvenience the runner. Remember that it's only the points that they stole in the last turn, unlike Philotic Entanglement.
Port Anson Grid is anti-synergistic with Pup, Pop-up Window, and the Traps... which is more than half your ICE.
Why Biotech? This build seems like it's more aimed at Personal Evolution.
Triple Kitsune is excessive, and triple Data Mine is a very poor cost-reward ratio.
Cerebral Cast doesn't have any tag punishment to back it up should they choose that.
I would recommend switching the ID to PE, and the Cerebral Cast and Port Anson Grid to 3x Neural EMP.
Drop the Data Mine and the Punitive Counterstrike and add 6 money cards. I would go down to 2 Kitsune and 2 (or one) Archer. Add in some super-stabby ICE, like Komainu, Tsurugi. Cortex Lock is a good early play.
Three Edge of World is excessive, too; drop to one as a surprise.
Hope that helps!
