Why Rototurret instead of more Ansel 1.0?

@DiogeneRototurret is just there as a gearcheck as I don't intend to be around long enough for the serious difference between Ansel and Rototurret to matter. All rototurret needs to do is to seriously punish any runner who tries to challenge a server without their killer, which I've found happens quite often as people usually don't respect sentries in startup PD cause there's no access to Drafter.

tl;dr cheaper ice that does enough to slow the runner down
