I tried making a similar deck in the past using Scorched Earth and the big problem is that once someone spotted one, I found myself in a hard spot dealing with a plascrete.

The idea is to spam agendas with 3 requirement in the open and triple advance them the turn later while keeping the runner terrified of Psychic Field.

I won't lie, the econ is harsh. Medical Research Fundraiser is better than Celebrity Gift in this case because you mostly want to keep your hand a secret and it combos nicely with Closed Accounts.

The only odd agenda in here is The Future Perfect and is not intended to be scored.

The object is to forfeit a False Lead once the runner accesses a Psychic Field or a Snare! and make them pay dearly for it or just keep advancing to your heart's contempt.

Viktor 2.0 is there so you can leisurely sit on the hosted power counter and redeem it on the runner's turn. Eli 1.0 is good in front of them because they are either quite taxing or sometimes with a sentry breaker someone will click through it to see what's on the other side and will be unable to break the subroutines.
