Can I have Sifr?

Sifr is a dumb card, Trade-In can find it for you. Parasite is also a dumb card, especially with Sifr, Self-modifying Code and Clone Chip can get you a lot of use out of one Parasite.

Brahman is a breaker that is amazing with Sifr, but as all breakers, it needs some backup.

The rest of the deck is economy and some nice one-offs to dig for using SMC or Trade-In

Is that a Dyson Mem Chip? Yes, as this deck requires a lot of Memory, and should Trade-In the Chip for Plascrete against kill decks anyway, I run Dyson over that car.
