A deck I put together because I missed messing around with Shaper nonsense. It looks a lot like a Sypcam Hayley deck, except for the notable lack of Spycams. As such, we're missing that deck's set-up time, as well as its "look before you leap" approach to running.
Early to mid-game, you want to get a Panchatantra out and start spamming Sharpshooters and Deus X's. Clone Chips / SMC / DaVinci / Hayley's ability all speed up the spamming process, Beth / Patron / Astrolabe / Diesel draw you things to spam, and Tech Trader / Technical Writer make the whole process economically worthwhile. Don't worry too much about holding on to breakers, just keep the pressure up on remotes, and occasionally HQ if you think there are agendas there.
Of course, this is not a long-term sustainable strategy, and eventually you'll run out of things to trash. Worse still, your tech-based econ will dry up. And that's why this deck secretly contains a long term rig! Vamadeva will get you through a huge amount of ice at great value, Panchatantra-Gingerbread will hit the spots Vamadeva misses, and Magnum Opus is there to pay for it all.
A few notes/disclaimers:

I don't play online much, and haven't actually face the dread CtM. So I don't what you do in that matchup. Lose, probably.
If you stick to the casual room, you actually don't face CtM that often. Come join us if you'd like!
But for what it is worth, you have outlined my strategy against CtM exactly and it has worked out pretty well for me so far.
