Deck valid after First Rotation |
Just a deck I like to mess around with. The equivocation Ken deck was something I've found good fun and success with on Jnet. So I did my own rendition of an update on it for the new rotation and restricted lists.
I've played a few games on it, first trying without a console. I found myself needing the MU if I'm using Magnum Opus to support my economy. I haven't tested this extensively yet; but from the few games I've tried, it still has the same feel even without the Desperado/Temüjin Contract/Account Siphon/Aaron Marrón. Having listed those cards, it seems this deck has lost a ton from the restricted list...
As I've mentioned before, I use Magnum Opus to help with the loss of economy cards. I've also chosen to use Exclusive Party to help with the economy as well. Having a way to cycle through cards also seems good in Ken, as I've had the tendency to burn clicks on drawing cards with that him anyway. Getting extra money out of it is just bonus.
The original list used Mammon instead of Datasucker for extra programs to feed into Rosetta 2.0, but I haven't been great at using Mammon as an icebreaker. Datasucker has always been good at saving me creds and smoothing out my runs, but not having Desperado to go along with it does seem awkward to me.
Public Terminal was also a new addition, but it's just another card to help out with the economy. I've considered adding Easy Mark, but it didn't seem great in a deck with no card draw outside of cycling Exclusive Party.
If anyone has any other ideas or thoughts, I'd love to hear it! This is my first deck posting, so I'm super new to this kind of thing.

I'm thinking it's exactly as you said. The ability itself is pretty situational, I've found; and in the pre-rotation list, I couldnt spare the MU to keep it around along with Equivocation. |
Thanks for contributing! I'd be glad to give this a try. How much success have you had with Tracker? Is it just Rosetta fodder or has it actually helped win games directly?
