Transactions Startup

Diogene 4247

Every transactions available in startup are in this deck. Does that make it better : YES!

Let me explain it a bit.

But first, the mulligan plan : you will want cards that give you credits, ideally 2 of them. If you have more than 1 agenda, you should mulligan.

And second, how to win : score behind 3 ices, ideally helped by Cayambe Grid, which act as a 4th ice. If you have Clearinghouse before getting agendas, you can "score it" and flatline the runner instead.

Now, what is so good about transactions, with Weyland Consortium: Building a Better World? Those are Predictive Planogram and Red Level Clearance. The former either gives you 4 or 3 cards and 1. The later is free to use and can give you 2 cards and 2. This is simply amazing!

With Wall to Wall and Spin Doctor, that is a lot of draw. Hence, you get to put your pieces on the board fast!

Finally, a note about the ices.

Archer is to be rezzed by Send a Message, giving you the strongest ice in the game for free.

Ice Wall is the hidden gem of the deck. It will get constantly boosted by Cayambe Grid and Wall to Wall. For a rez of 1, it can cost a lot to the runner.

And Winchester is just plain better and versatile than Afshar.

Enjoy!

I've been playing this deck with a few of the ice switched around (swapped an Ice Wall for a Pharos, an Archer for a Colossus, and all the Enigmas for Afshars), and then switched the Clearinghouse and Roughneck for 3x Punitive, and I gotta say, it's been performing really well. I think I've had 3 Punitive kills so far.

@tberton That is nice. I'll try again. But I won with Clearinghouse before with the deck. This tells me that it is a matter of preferences maybe. Thanks for sharing your experience with the deck.

If you continue with the deck, there is another experiment that can be done : changing Archer for Colossus. In my experience, it did not do enough, but I could see it working as a surprise rez.

Cheers!
