This is a deck I've built for tournament purposes. This deck is all about getting Oracle May out as quick as possible. This deck should also rush into late game at an early stage by getting the full breaker suit out, so that the Corp is forced to make uncomfortable choices in terms of what to protect. I have put in two Déjà Vu's for the untimely event that a program is trashed by Oracle May. When you don't need Déjà Vu's to grab your breaker, it's very nice to have it as backup for The Maker's Eye or Legwork.
Whenever the corp installs and advances a card in a remote server, this deck should be able to run that server without problem, even if you only have two credits you should be able to get up to about 10 before running to secure that you get through. You will always get two credits and one card at the start of your turn by using Oracle May and then you should have a loaded Kati Jones to use.
The reason I'm using Ken "Express" Tenma: Disappeared Clone instead of Andromeda: Dispossessed Ristie is Ken "Express" Tenma: Disappeared Clone's ability which I think works really well with Oracle May in combination.
This is truly the first time I feel confident about a runner deck, which probably tells more about me than the decks I've played. I'm sure that this baby will win me some tournaments.
Feel free to discuss my deck and give input.

I'd probably play Garrote instead of ninja. Most sentries like Komainu or Tsurugi have low str. You have to pay a lot with ninja just buff the power up to break them, while Garrote is a good deal cheaper. I realize you still have to pay a lot, but with how popular PE and RP sentries are, I feel like the attrition will pay off in the long run.
2 runs against a Tsurugi with Ninja costs 3 for str, and 4 to break it. Times that by 2 and now were at 14 credits to get in twice.
2 runs with garrote costs 0 for str, and 4 to break it. 8 instead of 14 for 2 accesses.
You do get in against pup, yagura, and rototurret pretty cheap, but so does garrote. The difference is that garrote costs 7 initially, but will save you a lot more money on the bigger ice.
