this is a pretty weird card even for Sebastião Souza Pessoa: Activist Organizer, but 2 clickless card draws is nothing to scoff at, and synergies pretty ok with Solidarity Badge. generally you Do Not want to be floating tags as a runner when you can avoid it ! though in current startup it isnt too much of a risk (rest in hell End of the Line and Hypoxia) and especially with seb's ability, corps are less incentivised to trash your connection

outside of startup, No Free Lunch can serve to end your turn tagged, gain a power counter on amanuensis, and immediately trash NFL to prevent killing, and perchance draw 2 cards, further giving kill resistance ^_^

in startup it can also be good if you dont have resources down for the corp to trash :3

so basically, good mostly for early game, only 2 to place down is quite good, 1 mem is laughable but still something at least.
